My sister Pinky and I were keeping warm in the engine block of a car when we were found back in 2009. They say it’s not uncommon for feral kittens to hide in car engine blocks to keep warm, and we were pretty smart to not be right on the block and avoid getting chopped up when the woman turned her car on. I didn’t look so hot though, my coat was brownish grey from malnutrition and I am missing a toe on one front paw. Not only were we saved that day, but after some time in foster care, we were adopted and thought we had found our forever home. Sadly, we were returned to Kitten Rescue a few years later when our owner could no longer provide shelter for us. I am mildly cross-eyed but very sweet. I love to play and give gentle nibbles. If I want your attention, I have no problem becoming your shadow until pets are given. I am still hoping to find a forever home.
