Bella, is a playful and curious little girl who’s still working on her confidence around people. She’s shy and not yet comfortable with being handled, but with patience and love, she’s showing great potential to warm up to her future family. She is improving daily as she is being socialized in her foster home. She would thrive in a quiet and patient environment where she can continue to blossom at her own pace.
