Her feral mama and her kittens were found in the aftermath of a dog attack. In a remarkable act of trust, her mama entrusted two human rescuers to help protect her babies. Although Marie was injured during that ordeal, she healed remarkably quickly, emerging as the spirited kitten she is today.
