Phil (Jr.), AKA: "Phil the Chill, was named after the most adoptable cat I ever fostered before him- Phil (Collins). When Phil 2.0 was rescued by Kitten Rescue, his striking resemblance in appearance and demeanor to an old KR favorite was undeniable. Like his predecessor- Fun-size Phil is extremely confident and very charming. Mini Phil loves to greet, shadow, chat, snuggle and play with people and animals alike. He is able to show genuine interest in his family and his surroundings without being overbearing in activity level or general mischief. A true catch!
