Sofia is two years old, so she is mature but still playful. She loves cuddling and playing with her wand and kicker toys. She loves people once she gets to know them and is a huge cuddlebug. She will greet you with a serenade of meows once you get home, and gladly receive some welcoming pets. She enjoys gazing at birds outside the window and sometimes chirping at them. Sofia has a medical condition called chronic calicivirus. This is basically a chronic cold that can flare up during stress. Sofia has a very mild case. Her only symptom is watery eyes, which have improved with an inexpensive daily immune health supplement. Cats with chronic calicivirus live regular, happy lives. Sofia is not a big fan of the young, energetic dogs in her foster home but she would likely do well with an older, calm dog. She would also most likely be okay with other cats with a slow introduction. Chronic calicivirus is not contagious to cats vaccinated for FVRCP (the C stands for calicivirus). She has not been around kids before so we don't know how she would do with them. Please contact the foster at cleotrixetoji@gmail.com
