Meet Victor! He is an extremely sweet and energetic kitty who can't wait to go home with you! He loves to run, play, and climb. He also enjoys being cuddled and held. If you make gentle kissing sounds, he often even tries to give you kisses! He loves Churu treats, scratchers, and chasing friends. He has a soft, gentle meow that much of the time you almost can't hear. If you are looking for a certified sweetheart, you've found him! Victor gets along very well with his fellow foster siblings and is always up for a good time or new friends! As he is such a young and outgoing boy, he will need to be adopted with another kitten or to join the young cat in your household.
