It would be an understatement to call Rupert a brave and resilient soul. This little guy was found clinging to life on a narrow ledge of a building in downtown Los Angeles. You may have seen his story on Instagram. After a dramatic rescue by the Specialized Mobile Animal Rescue Team and transfer to Kitten Rescue's care, Rupert has shown remarkable courage in his journey to recovery. Despite his traumatic past, Rupert is slowly learning to trust again. Rupert can be petted if you are calm and gentle, but he needs someone who can go very slow and be extraordinarily patient so he can fully heal from his traumatic experience. Rupert prefers his living space to remain calm and under his control, and he would thrive as the only cat in a serene home with an experienced owner who understands his special needs. Rupert's story is one of hope and resilience, and with the right person, he can continue to make strides toward a happier, healthier future.
