Rosie and her brother Bennie KRLA-A-2874 are a sweet, bonded pair who balance each other perfectly. They may start off shy and cautious, but once they feel safe, their personalities really shine! Rosie is the quiet adventurer of the pair. She is curious, independent, and reserved. She loves to explore her surroundings and isn't afraid to venture out when curiosity strikes. She's socially more of a wallflower, happy to observe and interact from afar - she adores watching the world around her through the ‘windows’ of her beloved tunnel toys or while perched on the tallest platform of a cat tree. Rosie’s introverted nature may come off as being aloof, but this sweet girl will remind you every single day of how happy she is that you exist by greeting you with a symphony of trills and chirps, happily twitching the tip of her tail up in the air every morning when you wake up. She would love to be your new shadow, following you as you go about your daily life and occasionally indulge you with spontaneous opportunities to pet her silky smooth fur or engage in interactive play. Any elastic string or shiny ribbon will absolutely captivate and delight Rosie, but this girl is a chewer and needs supervision to make sure she doesn’t get too carried away when sinking her teeth into a new toy. Rosie and Bennie would fit in perfectly in a home with other cats, but do need space and time to adjust - Rosie relies on Bennie to be her social compass, helping her find her place in new household dynamics. They prefer to avoid confrontation and will retreat if overwhelmed, making them a great fit for a calm, cat-savvy household. They could live with a calm, cat-friendly dog—ideally medium-sized or smaller—and would do best in a quieter home with older children who understand how to give shy cats the time and space they need to thrive. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving pair who will reward your patience with trust, affection, and playful moments, Rosie and Bennie are waiting to meet you!
