Please meet the very special Mew, who was displaced by the Eaton fire, and is now looking for his new family. Is it you? Mew is sweet, friendly, snuggly, confident, loves everyone he meets, and has never met a lap he didn't like. He'll follow you around, chirping and purring for affection. And when you come home, he's the welcome wagon, flopping on his side. Mew is still very curious and loves to play. Some of his favorite activities are leaping for the Cat Dancer, chasing lasers, and bouts of hide and seek with his human friends. As self-appointed chairman of the Neighborhood Association, Mew also likes to lounge by the window to watch birds and all the goings-on. Because Mew has star quality, he will do best as a solo kitty in a home without dogs, other cats, or young children. Ideally his new parents will work from home since Mew prefers not to be alone for long stretches! Mew is a tad chonky so will need to be on a wet-food-only diet and have parents that can help him slowly trim down. Also, due to his curiosity, Mew has a tendency to be a door dasher. If he does accidentally get out, he doesn't go far, but he should be in a home that does not face a busy street. This wonderful boy has been through a lot. Let's give him his Act Two.
