Meet Periwinkle, a lovely girl who is still learning that people can be trusted. Since arriving with us, she has been a little unsure of her surroundings and may react strongly when she feels uncomfortable or overwhelmed. Because she is still settling in, we are not quite sure what her personality will look like once she feels safe and secure. Periwinkle will need an understanding adopter who is willing to give her the time, patience, and space she needs to adjust. A calm home and a gentle approach may help her gradually become more comfortable and confident. We believe there is more to Periwinkle than she has been able to show us so far. With the right person and plenty of patience, she may blossom into a wonderful companion once she knows she is safe. For more information, contact orlyahar@gmail.com
