Julie is a tuxedo cat, who has the cutest patch under her chin. It makes her look like she is always pondering what you are saying. She is bonded with her sister Tiara, KRLA-A-88845. Julie starts out a little more shy than her sister, but with a little love she opens up very quickly. One cute note: Her meow is EXACTLY like Tiara's, except an octave higher.
