Velvet is a petite, sleek, panther cat. She comes across as shy at first, but given a chance with a patient adopter, Velvet would thrive in a home. She gets along well with other cats and is starting to gain confidence and come around for treats. Velvet came under our care when her owner passed along with several other cats.
