Little Mona is a petite delightful tigress brown tabby girl… the little sister of tuxie mustachio musketeer Vinny, KRLA-A-87426, who is her protector and bonded littermate. Mona and Vinny together were late bloomers in the socializing and fostering pathway, and yet their unique story has led to their expressions of newfound purry love to be so unconditionally abundant, they seem to have no control or limit or filter on how wholeheartedly they want to enjoy affection giving and receiving now that they’ve discovered its delights ! Mona has the cutest and strongest purr engine, she leans in with her whole body and soul when she is in snuggle mode and when she has learned that the human she is comfortable with has her trust, that Vinny is near to save her if she might become scared by something unexpected, like a good big brother always should. It’s so sweet. Mona has the most angelic little nose and beaky face, she will probably always be a little pint-sized gal, yet her ballet toes as she prances around the floor, loves to pow pow little mouse toys and sharpen her claws on scratcher posts, make biscuits on soft fleeces and purr off to dream land. Words of affirmation make Mona sit and give slow blinks back to doting humans in the cutest ways that just remind you that it’s the little moments that are why kitties are heaven sent. Both Vinny and Mona need a loving and calm forever home without too much commotion or chaos, and with humans that can give them the compassion and patience to adjust and understand that these two darlings bring more than will appear within the first hour or day or even week after adopting them. Vinny and Mona both got their start in a backyard as ‘big kittens’ when they got lucky and got off indoors to safety of Kitten Rescue foster homes to be socialized beginning at 10 weeks, so late-bloomers, but the best-for-last means Vinny and Mona are going to give their forever love to you because of the special ways they came to find it within themselves through patience and bonding, play and purrrrrrss. Vinny loves treats and hopping up to snag toys on strings, as well as any unwelcomed flies that might find their way into your room. Please contact the foster at nibroka@aol.com
