Meet Frida. Frida is a beautiful, gentle soul with the sweetest, most expressive eyes. She’s a quiet, shy girl who has been through more than most, and her resilience is truly touching. Frida was rescued along with her four babies when they were just five days old. She was a devoted mama, lovingly raising them until they were old enough to be adopted. While all of her kittens quickly found homes, Frida was left behind. Afterward, she became withdrawn and overwhelmed in the shelter environment, hiding, eating only at night, and clearly struggling. When she was given the chance to come back into a loving foster home, everything changed. Since returning, Frida has completely turned around—she no longer hides, has had no litter box issues, and has shown just how much she thrives in a calm, nurturing environment. She especially enjoys being around other kittens and seems comforted by their presence. Frida is shy at first and will need a patient, understanding adopter who can give her time to feel safe. Once she does, her sweet nature shines through. She’s quiet, gentle, and would do best in a peaceful home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace.
