Ruiz is a sweet black and white boy with a fluffy tail. He loves people and will follow you around. He greets you at the door and loves to be picked up and snuggle in your lap. He also plays hard, usually with his sister or one of the other resident cats. He and his sister Burrell, KRLA-A-87046, are a bonded pair and will need to be adopted together. He's not a fan of dogs.
