Rum Tum Tugger may share his name with the famously bold character from Cats, but his own charm lies in a quieter kind of magic. This sleek gray boy with golden eyes is a little shy when you first meet him. He’ll often retreat to a favorite hiding spot as he takes in his surroundings, carefully observing before deciding it’s safe. But give him just a bit of patience and reassurance, and his sweet, affectionate nature emerges. He has a gentle, endearing habit of reaching out a paw when he wants comfort, and once he trusts you, on his terms, he will cuddle and explore at your side. Rum Tum Tugger is also curious and playful—happy to perch by the window and watch the world go by, or to chase toys across the floor. Every day, his confidence grows, and so does the special bond he forms with those who care for him. This little gentleman gets along well with other cats and would enjoy a feline companion, but he’s also a good candidate to thrive as a solo cat with devoted human attention.
