We rescued him together 5 years ago, and he was such a sweetheart that my partner decided to keep him. Pumpkin was her pride and joy, and now he deserves a new home filled with love in her honor. Pumpkin is a laid-back, affectionate cat who doesn’t ask for much—just a caring person willing to give him the love he so richly deserves. He’s good with other cats but hasn’t been tested with dogs. Pumpkin is FeLV-negative but FIV-positive. FIV is an immune suppression condition similar to human HIV. It is only transmitted between cats through deep bite wounds, so Pumpkin can live safely with other friendly cats.
