Phillip is one lively little tabby! He came to Kitten Rescue from a city shelter, bringing with him his playfulness and curiosity. Phillip is confident, curious, and comes right up to say hello. He loves to nuzzle his head against you and purrs happily as you pet away. If you stay patient and let him explore, he’ll climb right onto your shoulder and find his perfect cuddle position as if he’s known you his whole life. He loves finding inventive ways to get into your arms and make both of you relaxed after a long day — and he’ll be eager to play and lighten the mood when you’re feeling down.
