A Kitten Rescue volunteer-hero rescued loving Miss Nala from the top of a house roof in South Central Los Angeles on a very cold night this past winter, along with 4 other kittens who were cold, hungry and crying for attention. Although Nala's a bit shy, she is a very calm kitty, and boasts wonderful tabby markings as well as soft fur and two matching white mittens on her front paws! Nala is also very active, and loves to play with her toy mice and bat the ball around. Nala would do well in a quieter home, ideally with another kitty or animal that can be her buddy.
