Mia is an adorable, sweet, petite little girl. She was given to a man to help keep the squirrels from eating his fruit off the trees and was stuck living a lonely life in the garage outside. She deserves so much more than that as she loves the company of people and other cats and is extremely outgoing. She lets you know she is happy with her very loud purr and will come running to you when you enter a room and happily knead away on your lap in contentment. She is very playful and interactive and can keep busy chasing after the little toy balls or even a ball of foil. Mia will be a wonderful friend and bring so much joy. Please give this little beauty her forever home. She has tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). FIV is not a big deal; given proper care and attention, an FIV+ cat will live the same lifespan as an FIV negative cat. The disease is extremely hard to transmit from cat to cat, requiring direct blood contact (typically from a deep puncture wound). It is not transmissable to humans.
