Devi is a really sweet cat who unfortunately needed to be given up for adoption when their owner became ill and could no longer care for her. While she is timid in new situations, once she warms up to you, she will enjoy cuddling with you. One of her favorite times of the day is early evening when she enjoys you and she playing together with her toys. She will never say no to belly rubs as she stretches out on the floor. During the days she is quite content on a windowsill, watching the world go by. When you come home, you can be sure that Devi will be greeting you with her big beautiful eyes as you come in the door - but no worries, she never attempts to go outside. Devi is very well behaved, but as with most cats, she occasionally leaps up some place you would rather her not be - like a kitchen counter, but she listens well when told to get down from somewhere she shouldn't be.
