Sweet Gilbert ended up being stranded for over a year in Glendale Animal Hospital until a kind soul supported his transfer to us. His cryptococcosis is being treated and you may not even realize he has it when you see him. And most importantly a cryptococcosis infection can't spread to humans or other cats. Despite the challenges he's faced Gilbert remains a beacon of positivity and love ready to bring warmth and companionship to his forever home.
