Meet Thumper — a curious, playful cat who enjoys exploring the world at his own pace. Thumper has an inquisitive nature and likes to observe what’s going on around him. He’s comfortable being near people and will often keep you in sight, especially when things are calm and familiar, but he’s not overly demanding of attention. Once he feels secure, he shows his gentle, playful side and enjoys interacting on his own terms. Play is where Thumper really shines. He likes to chase toys, pounce, and entertain himself as well as engage in short play sessions with a person he trusts. He has a fun, lively energy without being overly intense, making him a nice balance of independent and interactive. While he may not be the most outgoing cat in every situation, Thumper does well with companionship. He would be happiest in a home with another friendly cat to help him feel more confident and to share both play and quiet moments. He would especially love to be adopted with his sister Faline (KRLA-A-3620), though he could also thrive with a calm, cat-savvy companion. Thumper is looking for a patient, understanding home where he can settle in at his own pace and grow into a confident, affectionate companion in his own time.
