Pete is a sturdy, handsome young adult who loves to chase toys, frolic, nap, EAT, and have his large belly rubbed. He loves a box to sit in, or a bed to snuggle on -- big or small, he'll make it work. He isn't much of a lap cat UNTIL you break out the treats--especially Churus. Then he's all about sitting on you and demanding more! He's not aloof but he will give you your space - just hanging out nearby until it's time for the belly rubs again. And he'll let you know when belly rubs are over -- don't take it personally. And although he's a big guy, he's not a boss -- so he doesn't do well with dominant cat personalities -- he ends up hiding behind the curtains. Pete's ideal home will be as a solo cat or with another chill cat who occasionally doesn't mind being chased around by a 13-pound ball of exuberance.
