Meet Toby, a cute little baby who really needs you to know he's just a baby. Seriously, he might beg you for milk while you're trying to make dinner! Happy go lucky and playful, he also just loves to be held, climbing on to your chest while you're watching tv, or looking up at you in the hopes you pick him up. A sweet little boy, he would love to join a multi cat home, or ideally be adopted with his fellow foster Pooh (88658).
