Flicker is a sparkly little boy with a big personality. He adores people and loves to cuddle, especially up around your neck and face. In fact, he has learned how to jump up to your shoulder with no assistance—not always when you expect it. Chatty and will run to you when called, Flicker is very loyal. Hangs close to his cat friends, but needs to snuggle for his 1 on 1 human time. Flicker needs to be adopted with another kitten or to a home with one. He has lots of curious kitten energy to work out daily and cannot be a solo cat.
