Meet Rooster! This adorable gray domestic shorthair kitten got his name because, as a bottle baby from the streets of Compton, he used to “crow” for his meals loud and proud! Now that he's older, Rooster doesn’t meow quite as much—but he's still full of personality. Rooster is incredibly social thanks to being hand-raised from just under three weeks old. He’s super playful and thrives with a buddy, so he’ll need to go to a home with another kitten—either one of our fosters or your resident feline. He especially loves wand toys and burying his whole face in wet food (which is as cute and messy as it sounds). Rooster is also a cuddle bug and easy to handle, making him the perfect mix of sweet and silly.
