Rugsy

Rugsy is a friendly and funny cat. She will quietly look at you until you notice her, and then is very friendly and affectionate. She can be a little sheepish but likes to be involved and always welcomes some company. Rugsy has no tail and is incontinent, so urinates spontaneously out of the litter box. She’s a very sweet cat with gorgeous green eyes and a sweet round body.
