Lady Murasaki was found stranded on the side of the 105, but you would never know that this beautiful, genteel lady spent the first six months of her life on the streets.
Her royal place is on your lap or on a soft cushion next to you, being petted or scratched on the head. She loves to cuddle, and it’ll take you only a few sweet words and head scratches to make her purr. I’ve found that if I stop petting her before she decides that I’m done, she gives the sweetest meows of protest.
Due to her unfortunate circumstances she’s still a bit skittish, especially with sudden movements and noises. She takes strangers in stride however, we’ve found she’s perfectly happy to be held and pet by someone she barely knows.
Her home should have a lot of love and a little patience, as it’ll take her time to regain her confidence and strut around your house like the nobility she is. Preferably she’d be an only cat, or maybe with young kittens that she can grow with.
Since she was out in the wild for a bit she’s got an independent personality, this means she’ll be fine while you go out to work.
