Frida

Life with Frida can coincidentally be summed up with Siouxie Sioux’s famous lyrics: ‘This is the happy house, We’re happy here in the happy house. Oh, it’s such fun, fun, fun.’

Frida has been quite a character since day one; we are convinced she is part Ewok-space-bear, with her fluffy fur and the funny deep purrs she produces. She has also developed a unique tone on her tail, so she seems to have entered her skunk era. When Frida is being extra playful, she sometimes sits up on her hind legs like a prairie dog and makes air biscuits in the cutest way.

Spring-toys, small catnip mice and the cat dancer are Frida’s favorite toys, but almost anything is an opportunity for Frida’s fun-loving joy for life to come through. She is an enthusiast for adventure but equally chills in the cutest rag-doll fluffy purr pile way too. Frida takes long dreamy naps almost anywhere she can curl up, but loves soft nooks where her little paws make cute biscuits or perches herself up on a cat-tree. The texture of Frida’s fur feels so soft and her long fluff in her ears, neck, tail and between her toes are irresistible to pet when she comes to sit on your lap.

Frida is lovingly bonded with her bestie Siouxie and they’d love to be adopted together so they can spend their lives bringing fun and affection to one another, and you too! Together Frida and Siouxie are always happy. Especially when there’s food, cat trees and humans around. They might look like sisters, but they’re actually sisters from different misters who bonded in foster care and became best friends. They compliment each other very well with their unique personalities, but what they do have in common is powerful purr engines and they’re both just a little different from other cats!

Both girls were rescued from the shelter as bottle-babies and have since been raised in an peaceful environment with other cats and kittens, so they have learned to love both humans and other cats alike! They are both very independent and love to run around and do their own thing, before taking a nap next to you, or even better, on you and ask politely for belly rubs.
