Colin Robinson

Some of you might be wondering why anyone would name a cat after a TV energy vampire. Well, this is because his foster family believes in truth in advertising, and Colin Robinson can be absolutely exhausting. That’s not to say he isn’t a sweet kitty; he’s a cuddly purr-monster who will melt into you, rub against your legs while chirping, and give head butts and high fives. But he basically has two speeds: comatose, and manic whirlwind. When he gets going, he will zoom around at top speed, knocking everything over, jumping into windows, prying open cabinets, stealing your food or spilling your drink. As long as his adoptive home has a higher than normal tolerance for mayhem, then he would fit in fine!

Colin Robinson gets along with most other cats, once he’s had time to adjust. He particularly likes really energetic and outgoing boys, and in his foster home he’s quite bonded with two young adult cats, Pitstop and Ozzy. Adopting him together with one of them would be wonderful for him, if a little insane. Because of his intense manic energy, he would do terribly as an only cat. He does live with a couple of big dogs and while he doesn’t play with them the way he does with cats, he gets along with them well. If you are OK with a cuddly, endearing and occasionally maddening kitty, Colin Robinson just might be the right cat for you!
