Charcoal

Charcoal was born on Valentine’s Day and is a Love Bug! She loves family time and children. She is a regal kitty and requires to be the solo pet of the household.

Charcoal is very smart and playful; she likes fetching hair ties, toys with feathers are her favorite and she enjoys trotting during the day. Chin rubs spark joy for Charcoal and she will fall asleep purring in your arms! Charcoal also knows the importance of downtime and space, she will be nearby but won’t overcrowd you.

Charcoal is very well-mannered. She is litter box trained. She does not scratch furniture or jump on counters or tables. She does not bite or hiss. Charcoal knows that night time is for sleeping and daytime is for active time. Charcoal dines on a mixture of wet food and dry food by Blue Buffalo. This is her preference and will keep her healthy and her coat shiny. Charcoal likes vertical and horizontal scratching posts as well as a cat tree to perch on. Grooming Charcoal’s coat and trimming her nails are a breeze; she responds well to positive reinforcement and treats to motivate her.

Charcoal was rescued from a severe hoarding situation by a Kitten Rescue volunteer on Easter. As a kitten, Charcoal survived and overcame hardships and obstacles as a kitten. Charcoal is a sweet, strong and independent kitty who ready for adoption and a forever family!
