Although Cella only has 3 legs, nothing can slow her down! This gorgeous torti is a spunky girl and full of surprises. She is quite shy when you first meet her, but you will be more than happy when her personality comes out. Sometimes too much attention or too many people could scare her away, but she always comes back. She needs a home with love and patience, and also values her alone time. Her loves include: wet treats, belly rubs, laying in the sun, and finding tiny spaces to relax in.
