In 2007, Kitten Rescue established the HOPE Fund. Named after a tiny feral kitten that we found injured on the street after being hit by a car, the HOPE Fund has enabled us to rescue and rehabilitate several severely injured cats. Read their stories on our

Become a Kitten Rescue volunteer
Kitten Rescue is an all-volunteer organization that depends on the hard work of its volunteers. We are able to rescue and adopt out 1,000 cats and kittens every year thanks to our dedicated volunteers! Most of our rescued kitties live in volunteer foster homes, and more are always needed. There are also plenty of ways beyond fostering that you can get involved and make a difference in the life of homeless animals.

The Kitten Rescue Sanctuary is our private shelter. With approximately 150 resident cats living in cage-free areas, the Sanctuary is a wonderful place to adopt and to volunteer. The Sanctuary also operates as a boarding facility for people who need a safe, caring environment for their cats to stay in while they go on vacation.
