Angelina, Nickolas & Sophia
Special Needs: FIV+ test, will need to be retested
Angelina, Nickolas and Sophia were rescued by Kitten Rescue from an LA City Shelter at the age of 5 weeks, where they would have been killed. They had just barely been weaned. Then they had 3 foster parents, through nobody’s fault and settled down. Now they have 2 older foster brothers and quickly learned to play and snuggle with them just as they do with each other. They’re full of energy, and run run run, play play play, before eating hugely and snuggling to sleep together. They are accustomed to adult cats and small dogs.
They’ve tested positive for FIV (negative for FeLV). Some information: http://kittenrescue.org/2017/03/what-is-fiv/ Their positive test might be false, merely a reaction to their mama’s antibodies. So they will need to be tested again. But even if they do have FIV, it’s no big deal. Many of us have adopted out FIV+ cats, some years ago and they’re fine. Kitten Rescue will walk any adopter through this.
Sophia is smaller and more shy than her siblings. She really should be adopted with one of them. And all of them need another young cat or kitten at their adoptive home, since they’re so young.
